Cittamani

The name Cittamani originates from "Cittamani Tara", the form used at the level of the highest Tantra Yoga in Buddhism.
It is literally the combination of two words: "City" which means "wisdom" and "Hands" which means "method" and concerns the entire path to enlightenment. The Indian restaurant Cittamani was born from the desire of Ritu Dalmia - chef, restaurateur and entrepreneur of international fame - to bring the flavours of the Indian subcontinent to Italy, thanks to a menu made of contaminations, spices, unexpected flavours.
