Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera

The Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, better known as the Accademia di Brera, is a public athenaeum located in Via Brera 28 in Milan. According to the current educational offer (MIUR), the Accademia di Brera is included in the university sector, in the field of Higher Artistic and Musical Education and awards academic diplomas of 1st level (equivalent to the bachelor's degree) and 2nd level (equivalent to the master's degree). The Accademia di Brera is one of the oldest schools in Italy, symbol of history and personalities who have made art, marking certain periods of our country. Since 1776 it has contributed to the active dialectic between science, letters and arts. Still today with the same passion Brera preserves its desire to grow and create culture. Every year more than 3000 students choose this historical institution.
