Second Life: 10 alberi per 10 totem d’autore

A collection of 10 unique art pieces, showcased at Milan Design Week, is part of a project by Nicoletta Gatti focused on environmental protection and well-being. The idea emerged after a violent storm in July 2023 felled over 5,000 trees in Milan. The curator salvaged some of the trunks, engaging ten designers to transform them into works of art that explore the relationship between humans and nature. The pieces address themes such as nature’s memory, rebirth, metamorphosis, and the life cycle, celebrating nature’s regenerative power.


Radio Design: l’evoluzione estetica degli apparecchi radiofonici

To mark the 150th anniversary of Guglielmo Marconi’s birth and 100 years since the first public radio broadcast, an exhibition that showcases over 50 radio models from the private collection of designer Davide Vercelli. The exhibition also explores the impact of technological advancements, from miniaturization to the use of plastics, and examines the sociocultural role of radio.


The Uniform: Art&Crafts

The The Uniform – Arts & Crafts project by ASPESI will be exhibited at the historic Jamaica bar. The exhibition, created by ASPESI and photographer Lodovico Colli di Felizzano, celebrates the concept of the “uniform of life” through photographic and video portraits of individuals connected to the brand. The “uniform” is not just a garment, but an identity symbol, embodying philosophy, belonging, and artistic expression. It represents more than just a style choice: it’s a way to communicate one’s message to the world.


Fabiana Bassetti. Infiniti istanti

A solo exhibition by the Swiss photographer Fabiana Bassetti: the exhibition features two series of works exploring the relationship between nature and human introspection. In Le Arterie della vita, a vast sky and trees symbolize the connection between life and nourishment, while in Il silenzio dell’acqua, the artist captures reflections and shadows on water, evoking themes of transience and change. These works transform fleeting moments into permanent instances of beauty and contemplation.


Simone Micheli. Design vision: 60 years of life

The exhibition celebrates architect Stefano Micheli’s 35-year career, showcasing 35 design products that highlight formal consistency, functionality, technology, and sustainability. Images and videos of architectural and interior design projects reveal how Micheli translates the complexity of the present into simplicity while anticipating future trends. The works convey rigor and wonder, presenting a new concept of luxury focused on balance, technology, and a synesthetic approach.


Fausto Rossi. La conquista della tela

The exhibition La conquista della tela by Fausto Rossi features a series of works in which the artist has long depicted small, colorful soldiers engaged in battles that resemble dances. After the 2013 group show Kindergarten, Rossi returns to the gallery with his signature army of toy soldiers.


La leggerezza del segno. Louise Gaggini

L’arte è di moda!

The group exhibition, which takes place during Milan Fashion Week, celebrates the fusion of art and fashion. The show features Tullio Pericoli’s previously unseen watercolors titled Fulvia e la moda, created in the 1980s for an unpublished book. Fulvia, a character conceived by Pericoli and Pirella, is depicted wearing designs by stylists like Capucci and Valentino. Other highlights include Twiggy in works by Andrea Ventura and model Meghan Roche in Paolo Ventura’s pieces. The exhibition also features garments by designer Daniela Gerini, with essential lines and geometric patterns.


MilanoVetro -35, IV Edizione

An exhibition with the works of the finalists who participated in the international competition MilanoVetro -35, which intends to enhance the innovative use of the glass material both in the artistic field and in contemporary design. The competition is aimed at young people who experiment with glass art without any limitation in the type of works. The winning work became part of the Sforzesco Castle collections.
